Purpose

This website presents the activity of Xdrinks as an importer and distributor of drinks for the hotel and restaurant trade, and gives access to the customer area, reserved for professional customers with an account. Orders placed through the customer area are governed by the General conditions of sale, available at https://www.xdrinks.es/terms.

Sales to professionals. Alcoholic beverages

Xdrinks sells exclusively to professionals and businesses. Some of the products shown are alcoholic beverages; their sale and supply to persons under 18 is prohibited. Access to the customer area and the purchase of alcoholic beverages are reserved for authorised operators of legal age.

Terms of use

Users undertake to use the website and its contents in accordance with the law, this legal notice and accepted standards of conduct, and not to use them for unlawful purposes or in any way that may harm the rights and interests of Xdrinks or of third parties. Access to the customer area is personal; the account holder is responsible for keeping their credentials safe and for the operations carried out with them.

Intellectual and industrial property

The contents of the website (texts, photographs, videos, design, logo and code) belong to Xdrinks or to third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The trademarks, trade names and product photographs of the brands distributed belong to their respective owners and are shown solely to identify the products. The contents may not be reproduced, distributed or transformed without prior written authorisation.

Xdrinks endeavours to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or that the service will be available without interruption. References to awards, listings and distinctions of the brands distributed reproduce the information provided by each brand. Xdrinks is not responsible for the content of third-party websites to which it may link.

Applicable law
