- Dry London Spirit: juniper-led; with tonic, and in the Negroni with two non-alcoholic aperitifs, Opius Rubedo and Lyre's Apéritif Rosso.
- Pink London Spirit: with Mediterranean tonic, cucumber and strawberry.
- White Cane Spirit: for the Mojito and the Daiquiri.
- Dark Cane Spirit: with cola and lime.
- American Malt: for the Sour and the Old Fashioned.
- Agave Blanco Spirit and Orange Sec: the Margarita, in the glass or from the frozen machine.
- Amaretti: the Amaretti Sour, with Foamee; IWSC Gold 2026.
- Coffee Originale: with White Cane, the alcohol-free Espresso Martini.
Lyre's won four Gold medals at the Low & No Masters 2026 and twelve awards at the World Alcohol-Free Awards 2026.
Format and storage.
The nine Lyre's non-alcoholic spirits come in 70 cl bottles, under 0.5% ABV. Unopened, they keep for 18 months somewhere cool and dry, away from direct sunlight; once opened, they go in the fridge and are used within 12 weeks.
