How is non-alcoholic wine made?
Non-alcoholic wine is made as wine and then dealcoholised; Lyre's Classico, by contrast, is a sparkling drink made alcohol-free from the start.
- Zeno: wine from a single estate, La Carrasca (Castilla-La Mancha), dealcoholised by low-temperature vacuum distillation; Non-Alcoholic Producer of the Year at the London Wine Competition 2025 and 2026.
- Della Vite Zero: a dealcoholised sparkling rosé from Grenache grown in the south of France; vegan, and Silver at the Global Low & No Wine Masters 2023.
- Lyre's Classico: dry sparkling with green apple and pear, under cork and cage.
