Copalli is a rum from Copal Tree Distillery in Punta Gorda, southern Belize. Xdrinks supplies Copalli White, Barrel Rested and Cacao, in 70 cl, to hotels, restaurants and bars in Mallorca, Ibiza, Catalonia and the rest of mainland Spain.
Single-estate organic rum from the rainforest, as the brand states: distilled from fresh, non-GMO organic sugar cane juice, with pure rainforest water for a soft, clean profile. Fermented fresh, then double-distilled through copper pot and column stills.
